If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 15 days of purchase and we will immediately send you a refund. Please make sure the item you are returning is very well packaged to avoid any damages during shipping. If the item returned is damaged, we will not be able to send you a refund. This applies to all purchases except items on Sale and special orders which cannot be returned. We will refund the total amount minus the shipping cost. For Large Items shipped by freight, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns.
